Andreas comes from an entrepreneurial family in fifth generation. He has over 30 years of professional experience in consulting and financing of family enterprises as well as with expansion and succession strategies.

After studying in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the U.S., he began his career in investment banking with Bayerische Vereinsbank. He later became the department head of various, large corporate client divisions of Hypovereinsbank. Previous to founding Geiger & Mach Group in 2009, he was  managing director of a corporate finance and strategy company. Until today he is a advisory board member of many family enterprises and his international expertise spans Latin America, Near East, Africa and Asia.

He is the founder of the family entrepreneur network ALPHAZIRKEL and voluntary commercial law judge at the Landgericht Munich.
